We hope you are in love with your purchase from LYLAS, but if you aren’t satisfied, please let us know by emailing info@lylasgirl.com and we will send you instructions for return.

 

Please note that:

• All return items must be received within 14 days of the date you received your item.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and original tags still attached.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of a LYLAS credit only, NO CASH REFUNDS.
• Because of limited stock, some items may not be available for like exchange. We will do our best to accommodate a size exchange, but it may be necessary to use your store credit for another item you love.
• FINAL SALE items may not be returned/exchanged.
• Since we offer free shipping, a $3 deduction will be applied to your credit to cover the cost of shipping for your next purchase.
